The interview was pretty basic. I first got a call to conduct a phone interview which was like 20 mins long. After the phone interview, i received an invite for an in-person interview and to meet the manager and other staff members. After the in person interview, I received an immediate phone offer from PCL

A one way video interview. You will be asked to record answers to a few questions. You will have a specified time limit and only one attempt to complete each answer.

Interview
The first interview is a video interview where you have two takes for each question. For the second interview, there was only one interviewer, who was the HR, and asked basic questions. The HR was quite interactive throughout the process.
