I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PCL Construction (Denver, CO) in Apr 2014
Interview
There was an initial interview with the HR director which was followed a few days later by an interview with a Construction Manager. Both took no longer than 1 hour. The interview process was friendly and involved questions being asked such as why you want the job, why you are qualified, and hypothetical's as to how you would act in a certain situation relative to the construction process/industry. A drug test was a requirement afterwards.
