There was one manager and she basically interviewed everyone at the same time which I found very odd yet effective (?)
It was a group interview and went around the circle discussing past experiences. It was pretty quick and didn't go into details as it was group-based.....

Question 1
What were your biggest sales or related experience you had?
A fairly informal chat about why interested in volunteering with them and what experience I had so far. Also discussed the kinds of things I would be doing and showed me around the shop. The interviewer was very friendly and enthusiastic.
Application through their website with an exercise. Shortlisted with 2 rounds of interview. The whole process took 4 weeks. They gave good feedback on timelines and next steps. The panels consisted of three experts plus HR
