Oxfam interview questions

I recently applied for a consultancy with OXFAM and got invited to an interview where I was roasted for 1h instead of the planned 30’ only to be told in the end that they only have a 5th of what I had quoted for the services requested. A month later, they asked to meet with me after a new quote with the minimum of products I would deliver for their budget. During that 30’ they said I would be receiving the contract and that they really wanted and needed to work with me urgently. 10 days later, having not heard up from them with the contract yet after a follow up I wrote asking for an update and received a standardized email that I hadn’t been selected. I feel like a lot of my time went wasted.
