Oxfam interview questions

For a volunteer position, I was required to fill out forms regarding age/ date of birth and to have two adequate references. A fairly informal chat about previous work experience where they also ask what days you are free to work.

Processus très long et laborieux après le premier mail où l’on nous dit qu’on est sélectionné. Cinq bons mois ont du passer avant d’arriver à l’entretien final pour ne pas être retenu. Le panel s’est quand même montré très sympathique durant l’entretien final.
