The interviewers were very nice and responsive through email. The application process was also pretty smooth. A particular positive point about the application process is that they provided detailed feedback after the interview through a phone call.

A very quick sit-down with the shop manager that only really confirms the role you're about to take and what is expected of you. A very friendly, informal environment since this is unpaid work and they are very grateful for your time.
