Oxfam interview questions

They sent an invite for a panel interview first. Although I had arrived early, apparently the arranged time proposed was wrong and it was in fact fortunate that I did arrive 30 minutes early. They asked many questions on how to handle different scenarios, as well as how to knowledge in bookselling and pricing of them.

On line - held with line manager plus HR - very friendly, felt quite informal. Questions were related to the job and experience, asking for situational examples. No task. Only one stage.
