Long recruitment process from interview notification to interview. No constructive feedback from the panel on how responses can be improved by candidates for future interviews. Would be helpful if written feedback can be provided to candidates that made it to second round.

Question 1
describe a time where a project didnt go to plan and the mitigation measures you put in place to deliver to the client.
All candidates have to complete a writing test, normally one hour; then a panel interview around 45 minutes. Questions are based on your past experience, and your potential contribution to the role.

Recruitment process consists of 3 steps: writing test, interview and stimulation exercise. For stimulation, all candidates will be will form a group discussion where they will discuss a topic given by recruitment panel.
