I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oxfam (Ottawa, ON) in Sep 2017
Interview
A panel of interviewers took turns asking questions. It was not at all conversational. They asked that I not ask questions. They then led me to an air-gapped computer where I was asked to complete an exercise for one hour. The exercise focused on designing a campaign.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oxfam (Cardiff, Gales) in Mar 2017
Interview
Excellent process, I didn't get the job but I got some great, personal feedback in a call from the team lead. They told me that it was between me and one other person and that he got the job because they felt he would provide a contrasting personality in the team group dynamics, a bit of grit in the oyster, whereas I would be more similar to the rest of the team.
I applied online and received a call a few weeks later. There was a phone interview, followed by a group interview with people related to the department, policy area, and HR that lasted about an hour, and then a one-on-one phone call to clarify the previous interview.
