Oracle Sales Development Representative SDR interview questions

The interview process was relatively straightforward. Two introductory calls with the Oracle Recruiter to get an understanding of who you are and what you're looking for. Then, the next round consists of a back-to-back, 1-hour and 15-minute meeting with two directors. One consists of a role play scenario where you are selling a product designed by their team.

Very fast and seamless. Recruiter and interviewer were extremely communicative and the whole process took about a week. Had a screening call then had the actual interview. Offer was extended a few days later.
