I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Opendoor in Aug 2020
Interview
I don't think they' really want to hire someone, the interview questions they ask is doesn't make sense at all. I worked for several years and interviewed famous big companies and pre-IPO companies(hot startups), but no one gives me this feeling like that they don't actually want to hire, they just want to let you know how difficult the question they ask. So, if you have a choice, you don't need to interview with them at all.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we scheduled a 30-minute call. I shared my experience, and she gave me a pitch on the company vision. She asked me to share my resume with her at the end of the call, so I did. I never heard back. No response when I followed up.
