had 2 interviews, one with a recruiter, and the other a 3 hour technical interview. Kinda intensive. The 3 hour interview included two coding questions done with a staff software engineer, and a short interview with one of the cofounders(?). The questions weren't super difficult.

Question 1
Write a program that helps you report the most popular baby name in a given year
Interesting business model and company is executing plans to expand. The interviewer was late and rather unprofessional. Kept interrupting and not letting the candidate fully explain answers to questions. Felt like the question asking was just checking a box and interviewer did not seem to have a good grasp on the team culture or the role.
I was contacted by a recruiter 4 weeks after applying to the GM role. She asked to schedule time, which I promptly did via the scheduling link. 5 minutes before our interview was set to start, she texted me asking to move it to another day. I provided availability but she never followed up. I also followed up by email several days later but I wasn't granted the professional courtesy of a response. Don't recommend this one.
