Opendoor interview questions

1. Set up initial interview time with recruiter 2. Recruiter cancels 5 minutes before interview 3. Get email saying they've proceeded with other candidates 4. Get offers at top n/unicorns Bad experience overall. I blocked off time on my calendar to take the phone call and they didn't have the time to pre-screen me until 5 minutes before the interview?

Process was quick. I appreciated being moved through the interview process quickly. There was no waiting around to hear back. This made me eager to accept an offer. This would allow me to move forward if I had not been hired as well.
