Spoke with recruiter and then two people who would be my supervisors…straightforward process. They could not really tell me much about the position that was being offered just wanted to know about me and that I would be a liaison between open door and new home developers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Opendoor (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
My interview process was straightforward and smooth, specifically due to the amount of communication that I received from my recruiter throughout the process. After an initial pre-screen with the recruiter, I met with the hiring manager and then a 4 person panel. I was provided feedback along the way and was always clear on next steps.
