Old Navy Sale Associate interview questions

It was a basic interview that asked why I wanted to work there, my experience level, and other general questions about availability. They were holding a lot of interviews in one day and so it was short and concise. I maybe spend about 10 mins with the hiring managers.

It was an interview conducted over the phone. The questions were regarding comfort with speaking to customers, handling money, and willingness to promote Old Navy credit card. They’ll also ask if you have any customer facing experience, but it’s an entry level part time job, typically filled by teens and young adults, so no experience is needed - they just want to know if you have it so they can better place you.
