Old Navy interview questions

The interview process was very straightforward, and the intervening manager was very nice and approachable. They asked me the same basic questions everyone asked. "What are your strengths, weaknesses, etc". I enjoyed the interview process and felt pretty comfortable.

Interviewing was easy and pleasant, but the store manager was not. She made it clear she only wanted certain people, which chased allot of us off from the store in general. The process included business casual and closed shoes.
