Old Navy interview questions

The in person interview was a very comfortable and conversational setting. We mostly talked about my past experience, how comfortable I am with cashiering, experience with customer interactions and loyalty programs, and my work availability.

It was a group interview with 8 people in the middle of the store itself. The music was loud, making it very difficult to speak and hear what you were being told. Shoppers were walking around all of us, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
