It was a group interview with 1 other applicant and most of the questions, after we introduced ourselves, were scenario based. It was a little difficult to process all of the info in the complex customer service based scenarios my interviewer gave me, but if you smile and answer confidently with different steps you would take, I think you'll be fine. I was also asked for my volunteering experience at the end. I didn't get the job, probably because of my limited availability, so make sure you're flexible and live nearby.
