The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Monroe, LA) in Sep 2010
Interview
I actually applied and interviewed for this position two years prior to that one and I didn't get hired. The first interview was pretty easy. It's really good to know about the company and its competitors. They ask you questions to check your personality. The second interview was with the Store Manager at that time..it was almost like a repeat of questions and she asked about my availability. It was a week or so before I got my call. Orientation is pretty long...that's about it. You get a lot of hours based on your work ethic and getting people to apply for credit cards.

Interview
The most efficient retail interview I ever had! They really talked to me, asked me valid questions and were very honest about what to expect. Hired me on the spot instead of waiting to call back like other companies did while I was interviewing. I immediately could tell I would like working with these managers and this location and I do still to this day.
