I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Old Navy (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Group interview. Easy, fun. Depending on the season, the hiring/interview process takes longer/shorter. I only had to go through one interview (group). Then, the next time I showed up was for training.

Question 1
Probably when I was asked how I would utilize products to create the ultimate outfit for a customer. (It was my first retail job, okay, more like first job ever).
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy in Oct 2012
Interview
I applied for the position online and got a call two days later to schedule an interview. Had my interview a week later, and one day after my interview, I got offered the position. Only had one interview and they asked a lot of "Describe a time when" questions, and if you're comfortable with selling the Old Navy credit cards. First interview was with the store manager and then the "head manager" came in and just talked to me about the company. Interview was very simple, laid back and easy for me. They told me they liked me because of my "bubbly" personality. Tip just be yourself, smile and just don't act nervous.

Question 1
Most unexpected: What do you think the next fashion trend is?
I had a group interview, though it wasn't much of an interview. There were three other girls with me at the interview. The manager told us about all of the deals that were going on that day and told us to walk around as if we already worked there. The manager and another employee basically watched us for half an hour while we interacted with customers, only stopping us to actually interview us a few times. They only asked me about 6 questions, so it was pretty simple.

Question 1
All the questions were pretty easy to answer. For example: "What was your last job like, and what did you like and not like about it?" "Why did you pick Old Navy?"
