I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Old Navy (Queens Village, NY) in Apr 2011
Interview
We met at the Old Navy in Jamaica, Queens. We had a group interview. They took some of us out on the floor and made us address customers and clean areas to see how we do. They then called the ones they wanted to let them know they were hired.

Question 1
What is an example of a time you went out of your way to help someone?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Long Island City, NY)
Interview
We all went into a tiny room and sat round side a table, this was a group interview might i add. We got introduced to the company history, and what it was about. We answered a few questions and soon went out to the shopping area so the managers could see how we interact with customers (handing them bags), co-workers (folding clothes up & conversing/ getting along) and how we worked by our selves. Getting through this process is very easy. Just be professional, don't say anything bad about working for your job, be friendly/ relaxed, make eye-contact & dress the part. One thing you should do in the interview room is either wait first or last to speak, it'll help the manager notice you. Think fast, and if you see your "competition" struggling to speak take a chance, be brave and shoot.

Question 1
The most difficult question or unexpected if you didn't do any research on this company to find the answer is; "WHO DO YOU THINK ARE OUR BIGGEST COMPETITORS". Some might think it's a trick question, but it definitely isn't. They are serious.
