Old Navy interview questions

-applied online -Group Interview, 4 of us -Asked basic question(favourite clothing store, best & worst quality, why you want to work here ect.) -myself & one other girl was hired, we were both the most outgoing members -before the interview started I made small talk with the other people there waiting and joked around a bit so the manager could see I was comfortable talking to strangers -was called a few days later and hired

I put in an application on line at like 3am. I got the call at 12pm, they asked if I could come in three days later for an interview. The interview was simple and easy with reasonable questions. The lady that interviewed me didn't even make it through all her questions before the set up my second interview. I got a second interview the next day, it was pretty much the same questions just with higher up people. i was called the next day and offered the job with starting pay at 7.50.
