I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Mississauga, ON) in May 2013
Interview
Three interviews were conducted. The first was a phone interview that consisted of questions about yourself, your personality and why you think you'd be fit to work at Old Navy. Next is a group interview where you interact with the other applicants and do small activities which are easy. The final interview is with a few of the store managers and is more formal. Typical questions are asked such as "when is a time you displayed good customer service"

Interview
I applied online and was called back the next day for a phone interview. The phone interview was easy and lasted about 10 minutes; they asked questions like why are you interested in old navy, a time you talked to someone new, how could you provide outstanding customer service, what are you passionate about, etc. On the phone they asked me to come to a group interview. The group interview was very easy, we introduced ourselves, were asked to assemble an outfit, and played charades. I was called a view days later for a final interview where they asked a few more basic questions and then offered me a job.

When was the last time you surprised someone and how?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy in Oct 2013
Interview
It was pretty simple ... they were doing on-site interviews at the local mall. They asked some basic questions, mostly to determine if you will be a good team player and then sent you to the online application, which was more extensive.
