I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Old Navy
Interview
I applied to multiple locations via the store's website and received a phone call only a few days later requesting a group interview. I attended a group interview and received a verbal offer over the phone a few days later. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that I was unable to start until a few months later due to the fact that I was out of town during the orientation session and had to wait several months to attend another.

Interview
I applied online, and the process took one week. I interviewed with the store manager, and the operations manager, and we spoke for roughly one hour about my past retail experiences, and what I've been doing career wise, and why I wanted to get back into retail. It was a very easy interview, and the folks I met with couldn't have been any nicer. Make sure you have a passion for retail, and are familiar with their products and brand.
