Interview
They got back to me within 2 weeks of applying and had a brief phone interview just to get a feel of who you are, then I went in for a group interview the next week. At first you are in a group of between 2-6 people and are asked to perform a few tasks that you would go through on a typical day at work, such as finding an alternative outfit for your customer or grabbing them a bag from up front. They will always ask you to explain why you choose what you did for the customer. They may ask a couple situational questions or just questions about yourself, to see if you are the right fit for the company. I was asked to bring in an item that represented me and to explain that as well to those who were assessing the group. If you make it through the group interview, they will call you back within the next couple of days to bring you in for an additional one on one where they will ask you more situational/behavioral question about your previous work/experiences. If they like you from that you will get a call back within the week to schedule the on boarding process.

Interview
The hiring and interview process was very easy. The interview was a group interview where was had to bring one item that showed what we were passionate about. Then they had us play a few ice breaker games and then they told us to go on the floor and pick out an item that we can sell to them.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Old Navy (Wichita Falls, TX) in Jun 2014
Interview
Super laid back group interview. Focused more on me and my interests and gave you chances to show your creativity. They had us bring an item from home that represents what we are passionate about. Thirty minute interview and was honestly fun!
