Old Navy interview questions

Applied online and was contacted about three weeks later. There were three interviews the first one was by phone. The day after the phone interview I was called in a in-person interview along with 5 other people, and was also asked to bring in one item with me that I would like to share. We were interviewed on the sales floor and asked to introduce ourselves and then were teamed up with one other person and asked to look for a specific wardrobe, eg. a wool sweater, and then gather back and share the wardrobe. I was than called in for a third interview about three days later, and this was a more formal interview with the recruiting manager.
