I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Houston, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
I did two group interviews. One with the training manager and one the following week with the store manager. The first was a group of 5 or 6 candidates and the second was just 3. For the most part they asked the same questions, I guess the store manager just has the final say. The store manager interview was much shorter. The following day the training manager gave me a call and offered me a job.
