I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy
Interview
Group interview, very interactive and team building. They ask you to tell the group about yourself, and have a few "games" to gauge your customer service expertise. It was very easy if you're friendly, they actually made all 5 of us there a job offer on the spot!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"A boyfriend is in to buy his girlfriend an outfit for a date - what would you recommend to him? Go out on the sales floor and return with the items you picked, and explain why."
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Deer Park, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Incredibly brief. I think they were desperate for part-time workers.
Applied online. Received a call about two weeks later. Set up an interview for the next day.
Was interviewed with one other person. Most of the time I was asked for my availability, would I be able to work the weird shifts, am I comfortable talking to customers, etc.
Got offered on the spot, set up a time in the next few days to sign paper work.
Overall, I feel very excited to work there. It seems like a relaxed environment. No super-strict dress code and my tattoo on my forearm wasn't even mentioned.

Question 1
If I were to ask your friends or your family about you, what would they say?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Bowling Green, KY) in Aug 2013
Interview
After applying, they called about a week later to set up an interview. It was a group interview and the first one was basic questions about the company. I was called back for a second interview and it was so much fun! We played games to get to know each other better. One game was we rolled dice and whichever number you landed on you had to create an outfit for a situation that was listed with that number. It was a great experience!
