I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Sanford, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
I got a phone call asking me questions about myself and how I handle interacting with people, the real interview consisted of a group interview. They called me within a few days of submitting my application, it took Old Navy about a week to process my background check and then they scheduled me for orientation. Don't expect a lot of hours, they only do 4 hour shifts, so be wary accepting this job unless your applying for management they do not have full time.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What makes you awesome? How did you interact with someone you first met? When was the last time you shopped at Old Navy? The in person interview had questions such as What do you know about Old Navy? How many stores does Old Navy have worldwide? We had a challenge where we had to pick out an outfit in 5 minutes and explain how we would sell it to a customer.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Jamaica, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
A little convoluted, they have you start with a group interview with several other candidates that's almost informal at times and once you are selected from that group you are thrown into a much more formal interview with either the area manager or a manager.
