Old Navy interview questions

Strange and unexpected, there were 6 people including me, it was awkward cause I was the only one dressed professional and everyone else was dressed in shorts and it didn't feel serious. They emailed me 37 minutes after the interview to tell me I didn't get the job, it was an automatic message so, I couldn't reply back and they didn't tell me what I did wrong. They didn't even consider me and it felt a little disrespectful. I worked really hard to get it too.

The manager asked basic and obvious/ commmon interview questions, nothing too difficult. After maybe half a week I called to check in and he said I was hired. Straightforward thinking answers are best. It's also important to sound positive and upbeat in order to model their employees and ideals.
