I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Flower Mound, TX) in May 2015
Interview
I filled out an application on line, along with a customer service test (common sense), and was contacted the next day. I was impressed with the quick response but I had to call several times to get an interview time even though they told me each time they were, "very interested." The interview was quick and well executed though the interviewer didn't make good eye contact, weird.

Question 1
Why should we hire you? How will you make this store successful.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Old Navy (Woodstock, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I knew someone who already worked in the store. They talked to the manager and they urged me to apply. I applied through the GAP website and ended up waiting at LEAST a month before hearing back. I was already employed somewhere else so I wasn't really worried about it. Once I did get an interview it was a group interview of the assistant managers. Interview was weird.. but I did get a job offer that I did accept.
