Old Navy interview questions

Applied online, about two weeks later, I received a call for an interview. The interview was really laid back, the manager in charge of hiring was very accepting that this was my first job and made me feel really comfortable.

too many people in once interview, not enough individual attention. They asked us to do group activities to see how we function with other people. But to me an interview is better when its you and the employer so they can see what you have to offer. You have to fight for the employers attention because other people are talking and asking questions.
