Old Navy interview questions

Refreshing interview. Asked two questions. They call it an "audition." They had us walk around with a mesh shopping bag and get a customer to take it, and asked customers if they needed help with anything. We then had to clean a table. Pretty practical, and more telling than interviews with "tell me about a time when..." "What would you do if..."

I applied this job online and got invited to attend the job fair at the branch that I applied. The whole interview process was good and nice with the interviewer. There were two interviewers who interviewed separately. First interviewer asked for some simple questions, then the second interviewer explained the job scopes and asked some more details question related to the job.
