Old Navy interview questions

Simple and to the point. Phone interview, asked a few questions and i was asked to give an example of customer experience I had, favorite piece of clothing I wear, confirmed availability and was offered position and gave start date/shift.

I had a group interview with one other person that lasted less than 15 minutes. They hired both of us on the spot and never asked for resumes or work history. Very easy interview, but it was obvious they were desperate.
