I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Irvine, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
My interview process differed a lot from all of my coworkers because I was actually interviewed alone. The hiring manager ended up taking me into an office where she just had me sit and answer some questions. We went a bit in depth into some of the questions, but after that she said she really liked me and offered me a job. She even gave me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to be part of the morning team or the sales floor team. (My coworkers were asked questions in groups, and at the end of their interview they were tasked with coming up w/ an outfit for a prompt they were given (ie a dinner date))
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Old Navy in May 2021
Interview
Easy and to the point. No time was wasted getting to know my background, what the company was looking for and what they believe I could bring to the company.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Old Navy (Providence, RI) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was quick. The staff seemed nice and they thoroughly explain the job expectations. They make it very personable and do not make you nervous at all. They do have job fairs all the time which make it easier to apply.
