I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Blackwood, NJ) in Aug 2020
Interview
I got a call back the same day and we scheduled an interview over zoom. I was asked basic questions and was told the job was mine. They give you two or three training days so you can get a feel of the job and then you officially start.

Question 1
They asked what my availability was because they weren’t accepting people who couldn’t work weekends
It was a phone interview and they didn't ask a lot of questions. There were probably around 6-8 questions in total. They started off with "tell me about yourself" and asked a lot of behavioral questions.
