Tenous but they let you go out on the floor and interact with customers to see if you were a good fit. They tend to hire very quickly and if you think you can pass it you probably will

Question 1
How would you approach someone on the sales floor.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Watertown, MA) in Feb 2022
Interview
First off my interview was on the sales floor which was kinda awkward it was quite but still. The manger interviewing me was nice but she didn’t really ask me any question other than tell me something about yourself and I did I did tell her what my experience was in past jobs. She made a joke saying that she wasn’t a talker so she was happy I took initiative. She than asked me if I had any questions but the one thing that was off that when I saw the post it said sales associate not a new lead position she was very vague in what the position was she also said if I thought I could do the job I said yes because I have past experience in lead position and also was assistant manager before.
