Old Navy interview questions

Interview was quick and easy, they just wanted to get to know me over the phone! I was offered the job over the phone and came in later for orientation things and get set up for payroll.

The interview was very relaxed. Their were hardly any difficulties with the processes of introducing the company and what they want and the necessary expectations of the team member. Depending on what they are looking for they will either have a group interview or individual. The questions were not difficult at all.
