Old Navy interview questions

The interview was pretty easy. The whole process was straight forward, as expected. It was only one interview. I was asked about my background. Familiarity with retail and hours. Interviewer was kind and welcoming. A super causal experience. I left feeling confident about it.

Phone interview, followed by a group interview. It felt like they wanted to get a sense of everybody's personalities. It was in the back of the store and we were all sat in a circle.
