OTIS Sales Representative interview questions

It was a direct interview session with the management after being shortlisted by the college. They were looking for candidates who are willing for long association with the company. The job was to deal with organisations interested in elevators and therefore they were looking for people from technical backgrounds

Interviewed with 3 executives after college career fair. Was then invited to interview with local General Manager. Interview was casual really just to see if it was a good fit. An offer was then extended. The whole process took about a month and a half.
