      Graduate Engineer Interview

      Dec 24, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Mumbai
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OTIS (Mumbai) in Sep 2014

      Interview

It all begins with a written technical and aptitude test. On clearing that, you are called for the interview round. It is personal interview with more than one interviewers possibly. The interview is more focused towards the way you conduct yourself. The interview is mostly HR type and they try to judge you on the basis of whether or not you would be a long term employee. I believe this is true for reputed institutes only where the academic credentials are self- speaking. In other cases, I believe there must be technical round of interview as well.
