The first interview was a one-on-one in-person interview with the hiring manager, it was virtual. The interviewer asked questions about experience, skills, and work history.
The second interview was with recruiter. It was more in-depth.
Total of 4 weeks from applying to final decision. Interview with HR then Hiring Manager then a team member.
HR interview went very well. Hiring manager interview was easy and casual. The last interview with the team member was interesting. Just 2 mins before the call ends, she asked me what would I do if data is showing a decline in sales and what would I communicate to the sales effectiveness team.

Interview was tough for data and analytics senior roles. Technical rounds were difficult. Process was smooth and professional staff. Overall good experience. Please prepare well and attend the interview as technically sound people in the panels. it is a very good company in terms of visibility and learning. ambience was very good.
