Novartis Associate Director interview questions

Smooth process for scheduling the first round interview. The coversation was with the hiring manager. It went well, I got asked a lot of technical questions regarding to methodology and familarity with databases.

After multiple rounds of interviewing (including final round + presentation), and despite enquiries regarding the outcome, I never received any sort of feedback. Never even received an automated message which is quite the norm these days. Highly unprofessional, but unfortunately not surprising, since this story has been repetead to me by multiple individuals who have interviewed with the company. Many other similar companies show a basic level of respect for candidate time/effort, not the case here.
