Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to change strategy in an organization. What did you personally do to implement the change?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Kaysville, UT) in Sep 2023
Interview
I had a first phone interview with 2 technical managers for the position I applied for. It went great, they asked great questions and overall I had a good impression of them and the team. A 3rd manager(?) over this position couldn't make the phone interview and reached out to me separately to set up a 1:1 phone call. He accepted a time/date to call, and then flaked without notice. He reached out the following day trying to reschedule, but I declined.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to make a judgement call based on your experience, without having the ability to do in-depth testing or verification.
It was pretty straightforward, the interviewer explained the role, conducted a STAR interview, was pretty transparent with their answers after all my questions about the company and it’s onboarding and the company’s culture
