I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Woodland Hills, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Very easy interview. As an early career applicant, questions were very general about experiences in school (favorite classes, extracurriculars, etc). Nothing hard hitting or highly technical. There was a single interview with a hiring manager - no technical interview.

Question 1
What was your favorite class at university and why?
First round is a call. They were extremely rude in every correspondence. I had honestly forgotten about it entirely and then I got their terse rejection email. Other employers have found better ways of rejecting people and speaking to them. It felt like they're in a different decade.
One HR interview and one technical interview. Straightforward questions and friendly environment. Just review some of the main principals of the given discipline and you should be fine. Overall, a much more pleasant experience compared to other places.
