They asked typical questions, but I had to perform an edit of a page of a "proposal" and find the errors. The interview consisted of the proposal manager, who I would be working with directly, then I was escorted to other departments to meet and interview with the heads of those departments (such as the business development lead and the head of finance)
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Fairly informal one-on-one conversation with the hiring manager. The position required me to enforce processes, hence the interview question. It was actually one of the easier interviews I've had, especially with a large company because they're usually much more formal with behavior-focused questions.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online in early March and was notified of my phone interview within 2 weeks via email. After exchanging some information and updating my application with a few questions pertaining to the specific job, I scheduled the interview for the next week. The interview itself lasted a little over 30 minutes over the phone with a panel and was extensive but friendly. I received news of offer within two weeks.
