Interview

Phone interview followed up by in person panel interview. Whole process took a few weeks. The panel interview consisted of several of the IT managers already working there. HR staff set up the interviews and sending of the offer.

Soon after my application I was contacted by an HR manager to set up a phone interview. They gave me good notice, 5 days prior, to set a time.

They asked about my skills, using my resume, they pulled out specific skills and asked me to elaborate. They also asked about how I deal with change...how do I effectively communicate negative actions to peers and/or subordinates.

Very slow to get to the interview but the process was informal. The manager was friendly and the process was nothing too intense or case-based. HR is pretty slow so do not get frustrated by their lack of response.
