Northrop Grumman interview questions

Super easy application process, applied with a resume and cover letter, they called me a week later with a quick 20 minute phone screen asking about my background and technical skills and offered me the job on the spot.

It was a great interview process. The process moved very quickly once I applied. Interview was with the HM and his Director (both were recently promoted into those roles) - so not sure if that had anything to do with the very regimented Interview/followup questions.
