Interview
I had a phone interview where the questions were relatively brief and focused primarily on assessing how well I’d align with the responsibilities and expectations of the role. The interviewer asked about my strengths, how they relate to the position, and why I felt I’d be a good fit for the team. One key question centered around the type of work environment and team dynamic I thrive in whether I prefer collaborative settings, independent tasks, or a mix of both. It felt more like a preliminary culture it screening rather than a deep dive into technical skills or experience.

Interview
I received a phone and explained my experience with BI and Web BI. Have not heard back since then. I have applied to multiple applications and I know have the experience as listed on the Job Description as it italicized in bold. I am not sure what issue is but hopefully it will be resolved soon,

Interview
Messy and disorganized recruiters. Hiring Managers were good, technical team interview was strange, they seemed miserable. Completely ghosted me after the last round, even after follow up with recruiter. Not sure this is the best place to work just based on this experience.
