Met in a room with 4 other senior engineers. It's more of a conversation than a Q&A session. They all share experiences, stories, struggles, etc. about work. They ask you about your struggles, your skills, your experience, etc. They also want to know if you will get along with others in the group.

Question 1
What is the first thing you do when taking a measurement using a network analyzer?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Goleta, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Northrop Grumman came to my school for recruiting and I submitted my resume to one of the recruiters. Then I received my interview after two weeks. It is a 30 to 45-minute phone interview. The managers called me and asked about behavioral questions as well as previous projects listed on my resume. No tricky questions. No coding questions. But they wanted you to describe your previous projects and what you have done smoothly. After one to two weeks I got my internship offer.
